Information Technology Department, staffed with
Cisco and Microsoft certified professionals. We
are committed to deploying and maintaining the
latest hardware and software in our three
locations.
Seaboard Securities uses cutting edge technology
to link our sites together for fast broker
communication. Communication between brokers and
their clients is a key factor to the success of
Seaboard.
Currently our three branch locations are
networked together using the latest VPN products
to create a dedicated wide area network. A
dedicated wide area network gives us more
stability in the event of a disaster by giving
our brokers the ability to access the network
from remote locations, especially in
extraordinary circumstances. Disaster recovery
sites, located in each alternate remote
location, are currently operational and a support
staff has been properly trained for emergency
situations.
The data accessed by our employees is highly
client sensitive and therefore we have
implemented advanced network security schemas
including firewalls at each location preventing
an outside attack against our network, the
latest in threat protection software and current
antivirus software to protect our workstations
and servers.
